In November we had the amazing opportunity to have The Food Nanny or Liz Edmunds come and talk to us. She introduced us to Arugula Pizza and taught us how to make her French Baguettes. They were both amazing and almost all of the girls loved it. We enjoyed having her talk to us about life and how cooking was something that we needed  to be able to do when we were mothers. It was such an inspiring night and we all learned so much from her. Two of us bought her cook book and got it signed. We are so grateful to have these kind of connections in our ward.

Christmas Party White Elephant (Mostly)

Most of these pictures are from when we did White Elephant. Some of the favorite gifts we're a two ended doll (picture to come), hot chocolate, gum and a statue (5th picture down from the top.) It was tons of fun and we had a blast chillin' in pajamas and eating plates of Goodies that everyone brought! They're are going to be more pictures to come guaranteed!

Tying a Baby Blanket

Recently the Young Women's secretary had a baby. For a Mutual activity we tied her this blanket. Its so cute huh? It didn't really take that long and when we finished tying it we got to eat watermelon! There was only four of us Young Women because its summer time and life is crazy with work, vacations, you know the usual sumer time activities. We had a great time tying this blanket! 

Broadcasting Building

A Couple of Weeks ago we had the chance to get a tour of the BYU Broadcasting Building. It was really cool. We got to go into recording studios, sets of TV shows and a whole bunch of other cool rooms. Our Beehive advisor was the one who gave us the tour because she was the one with connections. She did a great job of the tour. Most of the pictures are us goofing around in a recording studio there. It was definitely one of my favorite activities that we've had this year so far!
